Mommy day care

So I have been watching this little 4 month old baby Penelope. She's cute and a red head too. I haven't quite decided if this is going to work or not. One minute Zach is crying and the next she is. AND when she does cry watch out, she has some lungs on her. Zach is friendly with her, but he frightens her as he gets excited about her being here and telling her in his own language that he wants her to play with him. I'm going to stick it out at least another week before I give up (for all parties involved). It's has been a challenge to say the least.
